Sorry for the delay on this one. I was not sure myself and had to look
if I had the native files; it turns out I don't, so I am going to go
by memory.
My recollection is that the original icons were created by Zumi and
that I added the text to them; but at one point Stippi took over and
modified the icons and the text/font. In the end, I think I used the
bitmaps from Stippi.
So to answer your question, I am not sure what font was used and I
personally have no way to verify (as I don't have the native files).
You could ask Stippi (if he is not following this list).
BTW, at one point Austin Bales expressed his opinion that the font
used in those icons was not adequate. If he were to advise what font
we could use, then we could follow his recommendation and change the
icons for the better. Austin, are you reading? :)
