This could be very bad timing. Student applications will be starting
on 3/23 and run until april 3rd. This year, we're striving to
enforce a requirement that students complete at least one outstanding
issue in Haiku. Needless to say, the bugtracker is quite essential to
this.
I -strongly- believe it to be of utmost importance for
dev.haiku-os.org to be functional during that time frame.

After April 3, there's a nice window of opportunity for a server migration.
The mentors have about two weeks to mull over the applications before
deciding on Apr 15.
After that, the next major date is May 23, which is when the students
officially begin their projects.
Could you please inform Scott of this fact? If throwing money at
this issue will help, I'm more than confident the funds can be raised
in a timely fashion.
