If I am not mistaken, the background color for the boxes was chosen
based on what each box type implies to the reader (red for danger in the
stopbox; yellow for warning in the warning box; green as in "no harm
done" for the info box).
You do have a point that the green info icon would look better on a
blueish background; however, I would like to give Humdinger a chance to
chip in before I attempt any changes.
