I was not suggesting dev.haiku-os.org was moved to DH. I would try running Trac using FastCGI on the current server instead to find out whether mod_python has anything to do with the crashes.
But it would probably be better to first debug the Trac plugins and update Trac before doing tests with FastCGI or SQLite.
Unfortunately I think the problem may be a runtime issue with Trac itself rather than with any plugins and that makes it very hard to pin down.
