From my initial research, DH would not be a feasible solution for our
trac installation.

As mentioned, SQLite isn't powerful enough for our demands.  Even
though Trac *somewhat* supports MySQL, it really isn't up to our
needs.  PostgreSQL isn't supported by our current DH plan.

As for mod_python vs. FastCGI, the performance difference might even
be on an order of 10, iirc.

Over the next week or so, i'll try to look into researching a
dedicated VPS.  Granted, this will most likely cost money, but IMHO it
would be money well spent.
