At this point we want to have the tools available for creating and 
managing content, i.e. an issue tracker, a good CMS, a centralized blog 
system, and so on.  Later on the actual structure of the site can be 
defined when we have the tools in place.  Hopefully they'll be as 
modular as needed for the site to further evolve.  Some of the parts 
are slightly disjoint, for example Trac.
