Speed is good from here now.

I agree. One observation: I recall correctly, the times that I have seen
Trac be slow seemed to be at around the same time of the day (like 4 - 5
PM PDT); now this may be just a coincidence, but thought I would mention
it, since it could be something running in the background (ie., backup,
repo sync, etc.).
