Nope, it's usable and visible by anyone; it provides the blocked-by and
blocking fields in a ticket.
And it still seems to work, at least.
ah, okay. Haven't played with the system for such a long time. That it's working at the moment does seem to indicate that it's a runtime issue and tricky to debug. Urias, is it still barfing in the log?
