MasterTickets is a Trac plugin:
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/MasterTicketsPlugin
This bug has been filed already: http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/5503
The plugin hasn't been updated in a year, though. I suspect it is simply
not aware of some changes recently made to Trac. I believe the diff view
of a ticket is relatively new, no?
Perhaps it's helpful to create a copy of the Trac installation (and the
DB) for debugging?
I'm not sure if the problem is directly visible in code.
Both errors are related:
File "build/bdist.linux-i686/egg/mastertickets/web_ui.py", line 44,
in post_process_request
TypeError: unsubscriptable object
File "build/bdist.linux-i686/egg/mastertickets/web_ui.py", line 64,
in post_process_request
KeyError: 'fields'
Something is happening to the data object which should contain the values
from the form.
Is this plugin used exclusively by admins?
