Does anyone know enough about python/trac to debug this? I can make
.egg's available if needed.
Is mastertickets a customisation? I can't find it in the Trac source tree. I'm certain I can identify the problem but I am not sure if I can fix it. Have you stopped and restarted the Trac daemon?

This bug has been filed already: http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/5503
The plugin hasn't been updated in a year, though. I suspect it is simply not aware of some changes recently made to Trac. I believe the diff view of a ticket is relatively new, no?
Perhaps it's helpful to create a copy of the Trac installation (and the DB) for debugging?
