Does anyone know enough about python/trac to debug this? I can make
.egg's available if needed.
Is mastertickets a customisation? I can't find it in the Trac source tree.
I'm certain I can identify the problem but I am not sure if I can fix it.
Have you stopped and restarted the Trac daemon?
