Restarting doesn't really seem to help, though. I just restarted it 
like 5 minutes ago, and the problems reappeared.
AFAICT apache/trac doesn't seem to be the problem, but postgres takes a 
very long time to answer (at least that's all what appears in "top" 
during a request). I don't know Tracs database model, but maybe we can 
tune it a bit, create indices for faster lookup, whatever?
