Given Berlios' occasional downtime - it seems that keeping an official
rsync'd copy somewhere else would be beneficial even without all the
fancy things that can be done :)

BTW, does it require any special setup on berlios side to run rsync on
the repo or can anyone do that? I don't know much about rsync, so
excuse my ignorance.
