Until recently, most of the website stuff was discussed and planned
behind the scenes (I am partly guilty of this, actually), instead of on
this list. I realized that this had become a problem (mostly because
those planning could not find the time to actually implement the stuff),
and I wanted that to change. This is why I started posting on this
mailing list, in an attempt to be more open and give more people the
opportunity to participate.
