Yes, I did say that; but this was in the context of doing *all* the
integration work, not relative to attending this particular meeting.

Provided that the timing did not conflict with my other activities, I
would have been willing to attend if it was of any help, as you could
obviously tell from the the fact that I was trying to find out the exact
date and time. It was not until I asked insistently about the time zone
that you expressed your desire to make this a meeting only for selected
individuals, and that I thought was weird (see below).

That's fine. But you called this meeting on a public mailing list of an
open source project, where the assumption will always be that everyone
who wants to attend is invited.

If what you wanted was a private session (for whatever reason(s);
nothing wrong with that), then you should have just sent a private email
to those individuals who you wanted to have the meeting with. I think
this is common sense.
