[haiku-web] Question about node/2536

I had a question from a website user who tried to access
http://www.haiku-os.org/node/2536 and was given an access denied page. After
he logged in he got the same thing.

I checked the page with my account and was able to access it after I logged
in but I'm guessing this is because on my elevated permissions for editing.
Under "Publishing Options" (on the edit tab) the check box "Published" is
unchecked. I'm assuming this means that the article is actually inactive but
I wanted to check with you folks to make sure.
