[haiku-web] Putting the User Guide online

Hello,
I think we should put the User Guide on the website at http://www.haiku-os.org/documents/ under Haiku Documentation. It's in a presentable state and having it online it's easier to point people to it. Plus, more people seeing it means that more people can offer their help improving it.
Can our build system provide a daily current version or will it be static and is only updated manually?
