[haiku-web] New Tasks

Hi,
Mikael and I discussed the following (new) tasks on IRC. Maybe someone has a
comment:

Require users to register with username, email (with verification mail), and
password. Remove all fields requiring the user to edit his name or email
address since Trac already knows the user's profile.

Only developers and admins can see other users' email addresses. Normal users
only see the username.

Rename "Settings" to "My Profile" and move "Admin" next to "My Profile". Allow
for changing your email address within "My Profile", but require email
verification before the address is changed.

Add an admin interface for managing users.
