[haiku-web] New Content Queue

Hi,
This is mostly a message for administrators of www.haiku-os.org. To
the right there is a replacement block for the old Admin Block, which
is called the content queue. This is a custom view that looks for
unpublished News, Conferences and Blogs. This is a replacement of the
moderation functionality that has disappeared from Drupal 5 core.
