If I understand correctly, there is a need to administer Drupal. Neils has
been handling Trac for the most part, but certainly there should be someone
to understand his changes and be backup. Other than that, I believe there
are some tasks related to management of configuration and installation of
both on the servers. There was prior talk on this list about editing
scripts on www.haiku-files.org to generate a RSS feed.

I'm still looking at helping out myself, in particular in relation to
Drupal, but RL has gotten busy all of a sudden.
With that said, content on the website should probably be reviewed and
updated. I've been meaning to write a document on "Setting up for Haiku
Development" (at least a start at one). The directions for Linux should be
reviewed and some of the comments folded into the document itself
(http://www.haiku-os.org/documents/dev/getting_linux_developer_tools). I'm
hoping to get to it when I get some new hardware, but I won't be too
insulted if someone else does it in the mean time. There is plenty of other
things that can be done content wise.
