I have experience working with PHP, Ruby (and Rails), Python (to an
extent), Perl, Java, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and of course all
obvious web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML...).

Apart from a nice theme, we need more content. For example, we need to

Apart from that we need to review and improve existing content. The
rest is administration and marketing related and must be worked out,
yet. I guess Jorge (Koki) will do most of the ground work.
