I will be trying to devote some time to analyzing the past/current haiku-os.org experience to create guidelines for my own (or your own) re-design concepts. If you, too want to contribute, I'll give you a posting account — there is always room for more analysis.
Be forewarned that these are just my opinions — created out of my own attitude and the information I (think) that I have learned about design.
