OSDrawer doesn't use trac, but HaikuPorts does.
We run into this issue a lot, to get around it try using the triple
brackets around the text http://dev.haiku-os.org/wiki/WikiFormatting

Then you'll often run into the other issue of the text being too long for
the current line and triggering the left/right scroll bars.

In general this is a trac issue, you might search and see if this type of
issue has already but requested on trac's trac: (click the little trac
logo at the bottom on the page)
