 The attached template file restores the blog entry customizations that
 were available in the old website, as follows:

 1) Use "Posted to Haiku Blog-O-Sphere by <username> on <date> + tags"
 format for blog teaser in the front page.

 2) Restore author info missing in the blog teasers found in the /blog
 path.

 Just place the attached file in the theme root directory for the above
 changes to take effect.
