BeScreenCapture didn't work on Haiku AFAIR (probably due to media_kit issues), but it also make the system a bit slower. The big thing is also to define our target. Who is the typical guy to watch those videos ? Final users coming on the website needing some demonstration (Adobe do that) ? final user that just install Haiku to play around and now wants to know what could be done with it (in Flash, you have small animation in the "get started" menu that explains how to create a button, ...) ? Devs wanting some more information on how to build an application (Apple has done some videos for the iPhone SDK while you are a registred SDK dev, Goolge done the same for iGoogle widget coding) ? All ? :-) I could deal the final user part, but definitly not the dev part.
