#2000: Can't access BeBook HTML file

The following page of the BeBook that we now have online...
http://www.haiku-os.org/legacy-
docs/bebook/TheStorageKit_Overview_Entries_And_Nodes.html
...gives the following error when trying to access/view it with a browser:

I have checked the permissions of the file (using FTP), and they seem to
be OK. I even copied and pasted the content of the file to a new HTML
file, but to no avail.
Any ideas?
