I don't mind changing Defect to Bug.  "Feature Request" indicates it's
a request... I think "Feature" would be a better name.

Problem with that: Feature indicates there's an actual feature to be
implemented, but it might be the case that an existing feature needs to
be improved, which brings us back to Enhancement...
