My bad: that was a copy and paste error. While experimenting with the
new comment CSS, I thought that the red "new" (comment) tag shown at the
top right of each (new) comment box was enough to signal new comments.

However, will revert the change if you guys prefer it the way it
originally was; I find the thick border a bit too much for my taste, but
that's ok. :)
