[haiku-web] Re: CSS tweaks

I have a thin white line on the top of the page, which is now on all pages. For the rest, it seems ok for me here (Safari 4 on OSX), except the fact that i'm in monthly calendar and only YEAR in not in italic, which should by MONTH and all the rest in italic

Should we move these tabs backto where they where, that is, right below

3) Added a subtle border to the comment boxes and spaced them a bit more
