[haiku-web] CSS tweaks

Howdy,

Just wanted to let you know that I did a few CSS tweaks to the website
this afternoon, as follows:

1) Fixed the Calendar header (was too high). See...

    http://www.haiku-os.org/conference/calendar/

...and let me know how it looks on your browser.

2) Fixed the height of the page tabs (shown at the bottom of each page).

Should we move these tabs backto where they where, that is, right below
the node title?

3) Added a subtle border to the comment boxes and spaced them a bit more
for better clarity.

Hope you don't mind the changes. If you don't like any of them, let me
know and I will revert.
