Verva, the Swedish Administrative Development Agency, has published the results from their latest survey on which CMS is better suited for use by the Swedish "24-hour authority" project, at http://www.verva.se/web/t/Page____2140.aspx

The page is in Swedish, but there is a table on the page summarizing the (weighted) results for each CMS.

EPiServer 4.51  58%
SiteVision 2.2  54%
Plone 2.1.2             45%
Sitecore 5.2    42%
Polopoly 9.3.5  26%

Right now I don't really have the urge to translate the page to English, sorry.

Before you start translating, maybe http://www.systransoft.com/ does an acceptable work?
