On the Title sentence the last part is ambiguous: "Use a
descriptive/informative title, so that it is possible to tell what the
blog post is about by just reading it." By reading what, the title or
the blog post? Since I assume you meant the title I would change it
to: "Use a descriptive/informative title, so that it is possible to
tell what the blog post is about by just reading the title."

Otherwise it looks good.
