Hm, either is fine by me, although since the outage time will only be very
short (the time it takes baron to boot and restart the VMs, i.e. not more
than one minute), I think it would be ok to do a short-notice announcement
again.
What about rebooting today at 1300 CET? Not that short-notice, but soon
enough, I'd guess.
