It could be, yes. And we should really make up our mind about what else to do 
with baron, *after* we have watched it with all the services running for a 
couple of days.

The thing with more VMs is: we have no more IPs available! 
Web-only services can be hidden behind baron's apache in reverse proxy mode 
(double-dispatching the incoming requests to the internal VM using a private 
IP). I suppose a build service could work like that.
