How shall we deal with people actually using their home folder in the future?

Currently, it works like this: the home folders are being synced completely,
put into the full backup on the FTP server, but only .ssh and .forward are
being synced to the off-site backup on my server.

Should we keep it this way or should we change anything in that setup?

So far, no disks have run full yet, so we could sustain the current setup for a
while, I guess.

cheers,
        Oliver
