[haiku-i18n] Userguide and interface translations

Hello there!

I hope everyone had some nice relaxing holidays!
I'd like to remind everyone that a new Haiku release - most probably
our first beta - is planned for early 2014.
This might be a good time for every language team to revisit the
translations of the user guide [1] and the GUI [2] to fill in what's
missing and rework what has been changed.

If you find any obsolete information etc. in the user guide while you
now have a closer look, please speak up so we can fix it before the
release (and have time for the translations).
