[haiku-i18n] Finish translations for alpha3 now

Hello everyone!

The alpha3 freeze is almost upon us. I'd like to urge everyone to 
finish what you can in the userguide translations and localizations at 
HTA. At HTA, it's also critical (for the language manager) to validate 
all strings or else they won't appear in the image! [Especially the 
ReadOnlyBootPrompt is important for otherwise more or less completely 
translated languages, as that's the first thing a user sees of the 
system.)

So everyone, if you can, please complete your translations this weekend 
to ensure it all gets into alpha3.
