[haiku-i18n-ru] Crediting translations in AboutSystem

Hi there!
Haikubot asked if we shouldn't credit translators of the user guide in
the AboutSystem, as it's already done with the people localizing apps.
Of course, we should! :)
If everyone who would like to be credited could mail me (privately):
* his login name at the translation site
* the language(s) he was translating
* exactly how their name should appear in the About window (maybe
"real name (nickname)")
I'll add the necessary strings to the AboutSystem.cpp.
By the way, there has been some talk about a possible alpha2 release in
the near future. It'd be a nice opportunity to step up our efforts to
have more completely finished translations by then... :)
