On another note, I could change all copyrights to 2009,
I think it's OK to only update the year on pages that saw changes.
I've corrected a
bug on contents page. I also wanted to know if we should change the link
to XHTML to the more recent and revised version of guidelines. The 1999
link doesn't work anymore... Is this ok?
I don't think I understand what you mean...
I've also got a proposal:
Should we change the section menus to numerical index's (not shure if
this is the right name). For example:
1.0 Installation
1.1 To USB Key
1.1.1 Blah blah
I don't think that's necessarily a good idea. It'd mean a lot of changing if new topics
were inserted in the future. Also, the user guide may become a sort of online wiki from
which a HTML or Docbook version can be generated. I don't think that numbered headlines
make too much sense when there are hyperlinks. A printed version could be done via Docbook
which in turn could do the numbering and contents indexing automatically.
