[haiku-doc] User Guide: Choosing a language

Hi!
I think it would be convenient to be able to change languages on every page, instead of
one entry-page that links to the different translations.
That would mean that there has to be some sort of menu at the top of each page. Just
putting some flags up there won't cut it for long. Some time we may have so many
translations that it would become too crowded.
I could imagine having just the current language's flag to the left in the top nav-bar,
with some small down-pointing arrows beside it to indicate a menu. Then upon click or
mouse-over, a menu rolls out with all flags+localized language names.
Question is, how on earth is that possible without compromising our lean&mean HTML with
JavaScript or CSS magic?
Or is there a more low tech though maybe not as fancy alternative?
