[haiku-doc] Tabs and page naming

Hi guys,

Axeld proposed to change spaces into tabs in the docs. This would mean
that the docs need to be reformatted as a tab should be equal to four
spaces. This will mean that some lines will need to be cut.

Two reasons:
a. In future some documentation may reside in the code (which requires
tabs as indention)
b. Further consistency.

If no one objects by next monday, I'll update the guidelines. The
files that already have passed phase III will be updated by me, the
rest can be converted during proofreading.

I'll also put in the page naming convention.
