Now my last proposition might be dramatic in the sense that it would affect other documents. To add a 50px margin to h1. I don't understand why this wasn't added before (it seems quite normal to me) even for a title that is on top of a page, it gives a nice clean look (this is personal taste, so it may not be shared by people here). 

I noticed that too and have added that margin already. Should be in SVN by now.
You'll also notice that the last commit did some serious folder hierarchy changes. I'm sorry for any inconvenience, but those changes were necessary sooner or later.
