[haiku-doc] Application Kit Documentation

Hi guys,

After some weeks in which I could not assign much time to the project,
I'm back. I've been working on an overview of the Application Kit
during the past few days. I _hope_ that I will be able to publish it
quite soon (mid next week). In the mean time, I've added the
Application Kit to the status overview page.
