[haiku-doc] Re: Another try at user guide translations

Time for a small status update :)
While adding user accounts management, I reorganized the admin panel in sections. I think it is clearer this way (from both the user and the programmer :) Since edits will now be done from the web interface, the import process (original files->DB) changed : it now ignores documents that already are in the database. (This also makes the whole process a lot simpler) The main page now has a new link for each document : it displays the most up-to-date state of the translation. These three links take too much space, so they will probably get replaced with icons (with a legend just before the table). The translate page will now load external resources (CSS, images) relatively from the folder that will contain the translated document. That means that localized images will be displayed on this page instead of English images.
Your argument with accidentally translating the wrong target is a good one, however. What can we do to avoid it? I suggest a nice big flag and language above the translation panel. Plus, maybe renaming the "OK" button to "Submit {LANGUAGE} translation". 
I've done this (renaming the OK button to "Send ... translation)
On a separate suggestion, it looks like it may be helpful if the popup translation window had a Previous/Next navigation buttons, so that the 
translator can go from one block to the next w/o having to close and
then re-opening the translation window for every block. Just a thought.
Maybe convenient, but it takes away the gravity of having to press a big button to "Submit {LANGUAGE} translation". Always think twice before hitting a button, never clickedy-click back and forth, all the while submitting any (accidental) changes. :)
Moreover, since sending a translation identical to the source is allowed (for program names for instance), it would end up validating non-translations :) I implemented an intermediate solution : when the "Send translation" button is pressed, the window goes to the next untranslated item. Since the button is called "Send Translation", I don't think the translator will press it again by mistake :) 

I will now begin work on the edit panel.
