The project has two hosting accounts that would meet these requirements:
one hosts the website and Trac, and the other haiku-files.org (and
probably haiku-ports; don't remember). I suppose either one could be
used for this system.

Alternatively, we could initially test it on guide.haikuzone.net (which
belongs to me); The system could later be migrated to a Haiku server
once the rough edges are ironed out. Whichever works best for you is
fine with me.
