This has nothing to do with Haiku having binary compatibility with R5
apps. That's a completely separate issue. All it's about is being able
to build a version of an app from Haiku's repository such that it
would still run on R5. I don't see any reason for that to matter,
especially since it severely reduces what we can do to improve said
apps with no real gain to make up for it.
