The SYS:PACKAGE{_FILE} attributes are added to the extracted files
virtually by the package filesystem to indicate which package the
exposed files are from. They aren't going to be present on the raw
package file itself. As such there's nothing wrong/unusual with the
attributes on your package file compared to those mounted virtual
files.
