By the way, what is the reason having ncurses stuff in the trunk?
Nobody to care of it?
I know at least two tickets related to restrictions and problems in the
stock ncurses version (#6424, #3810). There are also permanent
"terminfo, termcaps" headache during porting console stuff too.
