Why not? If you have valid concerns, it should be possible to communicate
them in a reasonable way. If the candidate can't deal with it, he/she is not

Actually not quite. Being able to accept criticism is the requirement. Another requirement is being able to communicate critisism in a constructive way. Both are basic, generic team working skills, I suppose.

The ability to take criticism is exactly what I was referring to with that expression. So we are in agreement. :)
