Subject: haiku freerunner

Hello everybody.
I was on the Florida Linux Show 2009 last weekend.
One of the speakers was Ryan Leavengood.
He was explaining about Haiku-Os, great presentation.
I'm interesting about install Haiku on Freerunner Smartphone; Mr.
Leavengood told me that Haiku community has a project to Port Haiku on
ARM microprocessor.
Do you have any “HOW TO” to do this???
I was checking Openmoko website, the Smartphone cost $250(version 6
with the buzz error, version 7 not available) and the DBoard $99.

I guess Freerunner is very friendly to the task, because the
drivers and the hardware are open (Wi-Fi, usb, Accelerometers).
Another thought, if Haiku works with Freeruner, then create an image file, in
that way any developer could download the image in the any pc,
save this image on a microSd card 4Gb ($10). Later use this microSD to boot
haiku on freerunner.
This could be a light mobile version of Haiku for developers with
tools and examples of How to develop applications on Freerunner using Haiku.

Guido
